A Heartfelt Letter to Our Staff

All of us at Admiral's Pointe are so humbled to receive a letter like this from a recent family. It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on our residents and their families alike. We know that finding a long-term care facility can be difficult, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.

"I wanted to take a minute to send in a quick note regarding my experience with Admiral’s Pointe. My mother was a recent patient there for several weeks. We had the unfortunate experience of having my mother placed in another nursing home facility in the local area and did not have a good experience. When we were able to transfer to Admiral’s Pointe, we had a tremendously pleasant experience from our first interaction to our last.



I cannot say enough kind words about all levels of staff, from the administrators, nurses, orderlies, etc. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother. It made being home without her that much easier because I knew she was under such good care. I appreciate all the heart and dedication the whole team puts into their work - it clearly shows."
