Admiral's Pointe is dedicated to creating a Culture of Care within our skilled nursing facility that is focused on doing what is right for each resident based on their personal need. This begins with having a team that is filled with experienced, passionate, and hard-working individuals. We like to recognize team members whenever we can to remind them that their hard work does not go unnoticed. Join us in recognizing just a handful of our amazing employees for accomplishment including Employee of the Month, Perfect Attendance, and Peak Performers.
Admiral's Pointe is pleased to recognize Kalesha as our June Employee of the month! Kalesha is a full-time STNA and is incredibly passionate about her job. Kalesha said her favorite part of her job is caring for her residents. She is always smiling, bubbly, and making the best of every moment, she truly has a heart of gold! Kalesha we value your hard work and dedication to our residents, congratulations!
Congratulations to Dana Bier on achieving perfect attendance! Dana is a full-time nurse at Admiral's, she brings so much heart to the care she provides. In addition to working full time, Dana is also going back to school to become an RN. She lives a very busy life right now and is also a mother. Her passion for her residents runs deep and they keep her motivated!
Admiral's Pointe is pleased to recognize a few of our outstanding employees! At Admiral's, we believe it is vital to celebrate each other's accomplishments and we strive to ensure no good deed goes unnoticed. Our staff is the heart and soul behind everything we do and provide top-quality care! A few of our peak performers include Bob Griffin - Maintenance Director, Crystal Yates - Nursing Supervisor, and Sheakym - STNA.
We will continue to share the journey and stories of our future peak performers! We encourage you to fill out a Peak Performer Card if you would like to recognize someone on our team. Cards can be found throughout the facility. If you would like to recognize one of our staff fill a card out and turn it in to one of our nurses!
